Hey, y’all! We’re Chris and Lauren, the husband-and-wife team behind Bellow Butcher Co. We first met in a butcher shop many years ago and quickly bonded over a shared love of food and craftsmanship. After years in the restaurant world in Wilmington NC and Nashville TN we’ve decided to finally go after our dream of creating a place of our own.

Bellow is that dream come to life: a warm, welcoming space where everyone feels like family, where we know your name and your favorite cut of meat or go-to sandwich. We built this shop not just for our community but for our daughters, as a way to step out of the demanding hours of the restaurant industry and build a more grounded and joyful life together.
